This project included two separate locations. Wilder consisted of a 2-story wood framed apartment building. Our scope of work included all phases of site work for building slab, site utilities, drainage, and parking lots. In addition, the site required the removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 420 tons of contaminated soils. Wentworth Phase I & II consisted of two separate multi-story apartment buildings. Our scope of work included all phases of site work for the building foundation, site utilities, drainage, and parking lots.
